1) Why is the Kiosk not powered on?

  1. Check whether the indicator of the power adapter is on;
  2. If the indicator is not on, check whether the external AC power socket has power;
  3. Check whether the DC-in plug of the I/O panel has fallen off;
  4. Replace the power adapter with the same voltage and wattage to test;
  5. Unplug the power adapter cord, wait about 1 minute and insert it to power on again to check;
  6. The motherboard or internal circuit of the machine is faulty , please contact the local service provider for repairs.
 

2) The indicator in the system box is on, but there is no image when you press the power button. Why?

  1. For the Windows version, check if there is a "di-di-di" alarm when booting. If there is, please turn to a professional to reinstall the memory or replace the memory to test;
  2. If there is no any alarm, check whether the power button is damaged, which can be carried out by short circuiting the power pins in the motherboard.
  3. Please check if the power to the BOX is normal, as well as the connection of the  LVDS cable in the BOX and LCD POWER cable.
  4. The motherboard or its internal circuit is faulty, please contact the local service provider for repairs.
 

3) The Kiosk is completely unresponsive to touch input, why? A. For the Windows version, after logging into the system, check Control Panel - to see whether there is a Tablet Setting option under Hardware and Sound. If you can find the tablet touch option, open it and test the touch screen by following the steps afterwards, and then calibrate the touch screen with the 4 corners;

  1. Check if the cable for touch is inserted firmly, or insert it into another USB to check if the touch works;
  2. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps above, replace the touch controller or touch panel by reference to the disassembly and installation guide from the Technician Manual and it should be solved.
