  • Q :How to solve the problem when there is no display nor beep after press the power button on Z3?

    A :
    1. Check whether the indicator light at the lower right corner of the screen is green or blue. If it is green, check whether the power button is in poor contact. If the POS still has no power, the mainboard is faulty.
If the indicator light is blue, the mainboard has been turned on, then you can connect the keyboard to check whether the machine can be powered on normally. If the keyboard works fine, there is something wrong with the LCD screen or the display ports on the mainboard. Then you can use the swapping method in the next step.
    2. If the keyboard does not work properly, remove and re-install  the memory. If the display still fails, the mainboard is faulty.
